8A Unit 6 Natural disasters Reading (1)說課稿
教材分析:
本課是第六單元的第二課時,主要通過聽,說,讀等方式讓學生了解臺灣地震, 并學會在遭遇地震時如何逃生。通過多媒體手段,可以直觀,生動地讓學生了解到地震的可怕性。這樣可以提供學生生動的描述畫面,談論所看到或聽到的災難場 面。此外學生還應該學會怎樣面對這些災難,采用什么樣的逃生方式最有效,我們應該以什么樣的心態(tài),心理素質(zhì)去面對等等問題,從而達到學以致用。所以處理這 一塊內(nèi)容,我們選用了同桌討論,小組討論,集體探討的方式,最后師生一起得出結(jié)論。這樣既拓寬了學生的思路,又將話題擴展到:無論面對何種自然災難,我們 都不能輕易放棄。整堂課提高了學生聽、說、讀的能力。
學情分析:
在 這節(jié)課之前,學生已經(jīng)在本單元第一課時學了天氣和自然災害的相關內(nèi)容,這說明學生頭腦里已經(jīng)構建了有關災害的詞匯,為進一步談論臺灣地震這一話題奠定了基 礎。本課時是本單元的閱讀部分即第二課時,學生在這堂課上既可以鞏固前面所學的語言知識,又可以通過充分的說和讀進一步發(fā)展語言運用能力,為后面的maintask寫的任務打下伏筆。
Teaching aims and demands:

To let the students learn something about the Taiwan earthquake.
To guess the meaning of words and expressions in the text
To learn some new words and phrases about the earthquake.
