廣東中山市第一中學(xué)國(guó)際部中美班是由美國(guó)青年國(guó)際教育發(fā)展中心（Young&Z Global Education Enhancement Center，以下簡(jiǎn)稱“中心”）與中山市第一中學(xué)聯(lián)合管理的自費(fèi)生國(guó)際班，中心負(fù)責(zé)招聘并主要管理外籍和TOEFL或SAT教師。現(xiàn)因工作需要面向全國(guó)招聘TOEFL（SAT）教師1名。

【任職資格】

1.全國(guó)211師范院校英語(yǔ)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，且英語(yǔ)專業(yè)八級(jí)。

2.具備3-5年的高中或以上英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力，有海外留學(xué)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

3.陽(yáng)光開(kāi)朗，表現(xiàn)力強(qiáng)；積極與師生溝通，善于調(diào)動(dòng)課堂氣氛；有在培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)TOEFL和SAT教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

4.了解TOEFL、SAT等出國(guó)考試，曾參加TOEFL或SAT考試、并獲得高分者優(yōu)先。

5.教學(xué)責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，工作熱情高，對(duì)每一位學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé)，能承受工作壓力。

【崗位職責(zé)】

1.以小班教學(xué)模式教授TOEFL和SAT課程，負(fù)責(zé)作業(yè)的批改和學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)等教育教學(xué)工作。

2.能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行TOEFL、SAT課程設(shè)置，并根據(jù)教學(xué)情況及時(shí)調(diào)整教學(xué)計(jì)劃。

3.定期完成成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析，依據(jù)學(xué)生水平和考試要求有針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng)。

4.協(xié)助學(xué)生報(bào)名并組織參加TOEFL、SAT考試。

5.協(xié)助中心加強(qiáng)學(xué)生日常管理，保證中美班工作有效運(yùn)行。

6.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的其他學(xué)生培訓(xùn)及教育教學(xué)工作。

【教師管理和待遇】

1.該教師由美國(guó)青年國(guó)際教育發(fā)展中心（Young&Z Global Education Enhancement Center）聘用、管理、定期發(fā)放薪酬。

2.聘期11個(gè)月。2013年9月1日起，2014年7月30日止；其中第一個(gè)月為試用期，試用期滿并合格后可續(xù)聘。工作優(yōu)秀者，聘期滿后可再考慮下個(gè)循環(huán)的續(xù)聘，免試用期。

3.工資按月發(fā)放，具體事宜面談。

4.中山市第一中學(xué)提供免費(fèi)住宿，一日三餐可在校內(nèi)食堂享受學(xué)校正式員工待遇。
